How do I book?

A reservation is completed with a single phone call or WhatsApp message. Just send your dates, the number of guests and what you are in Ataköy for; we come back straight away with the current price and an available apartment. We confirm your reservation by written message and also send the cancellation and change conditions in writing. You are welcome to write to us in English on WhatsApp and we will reply in English.

• Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability; please ask in advance.
• If you will arrive late at night after an event, send us your arrival time in advance.
• At check-in, a passport is enough for each international guest; Turkish citizens can also use their national ID card.
• Payment is in Turkish lira, by cash, bank transfer or credit card on site; you do not need to share your card details online.

For big match and concert dates, and over public holidays and the summer season, we recommend asking early. For groups, sharing the guest list in advance speeds up the allocation.

Book in three steps

1. Call or message: 0532 655 43 32 is open 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp. Message us in English on WhatsApp and we’ll reply in English.
2. Share your details: check-in and check-out dates, party size, preferred apartment type (1+0, 1+1 or 2+1) and estimated arrival time.
3. Get written confirmation: we’ll send the rate, availability and cancellation terms by message.
