Family Apartments in Bakirkoy: Which One Fits?
If you are heading to Ataköy with your family, a One-bedroom apartment (1+1) suits a family of three, while a Two-bedroom apartment (2+1) suits a family of four or five. Both apartments have a separate bedroom, a living room and your own kitchen, so families staying for several nights can settle into an easy daily routine.
We are in Zeytinlik neighbourhood, Bakırköy; Ataköy Marina is 10–15 minutes away by car or one stop by Marmaray, and Sinan Erdem Dome is 15–20 minutes away by car. Below, we go through the questions families ask most often.

The kitchen lets you set your children's meal times without being tied to a restaurant schedule. For shopping, Capacity shopping mall is a 9-minute walk from the address, and the market area around Bakırköy Freedom Square (Özgürlük Meydanı) is a 6-minute walk.
A building with a lift and security cameras
The building has a lift: you can take a stroller, suitcases and shopping bags up to your apartment, and grandparents do not have to deal with stairs. The building has security cameras, a detail that helps you feel at ease when staying with children.
Daily routine for families staying several nights
If you are staying for several nights for a tournament, a series of concerts or a long weekend in Ataköy, plan the days in a balanced way. One day at an event or on the seafront in Ataköy, and one quieter day in Bakırköy, helps children avoid getting too tired. Preparing breakfast in the apartment and eating lunch and dinner out makes both the budget and the timetable easier. A family day in Ataköy
On a concert or match day: If you are going to an event with children, plan the return by taxi and agree on a meeting point before the event ends. The dome is 15–20 minutes away by car; allow time for event traffic. Details are in our event-day plan.
A seafront and Galleria day: A walk around the marina and a break at Galleria make a half-day plan that does not tire children too much. Route suggestions are in our Ataköy seafront and Galleria article.
A quiet day in Bakırköy: Bakırköy seafront is a long shoreline with a walking and cycling path, and it is a 14-minute walk from the address. It is a good option for the first day if you are tired after a long journey.

Ask the taxi or car-rental company separately about needs such as child seats. If you use Marmaray, check train times against the current timetable and try to avoid busy hours.
Booking and check-in
- Booking is made by phone or WhatsApp message and confirmed by written message.
- Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00. Families arriving after a long journey should ask about early check-in in advance; it depends on availability.
- At check-in, every guest must show a passport; Turkish citizens can also use their Turkish ID card. Please bring ID for children too.
- Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer/EFT, or by credit card at the property.
- Cancellation and change conditions are given to you in writing when you book.
